At Progress Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination choices. If a fixture doesn't perfectly suit your space, you can return uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack with Care
Securely place the unused fixture, including all mounting hardware and instructions, back into its original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the carton and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to ensure it is in resalable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
