Most in-stock fixtures ship within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days via standard ground shipping.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, Progress Lighting products are backed by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in material and workmanship.
What is your return policy for home lighting?
We accept returns on uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain oversized items.
Are your LED fixtures compatible with standard dimmer switches?
Many of our integrated LED fixtures are dimmable, but they require specific ELV or Triac dimmers for optimal performance. Please check the product specification sheet for compatibility.
Do you offer professional installation services?
We do not provide direct installation services. We recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure your new lighting is installed safely and according to local building codes.
